HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?
- Support in planning and implementation of trade marketing initiatives such as trade marketing campaigns, delivery of trade seminars & training, business development with regular sales calls, and exploring opportunities to promote Hong Kong.
- Assist in cultivating and maintaining a close relationship with local and online travel agents, tour operators, airlines, cruise lines and corporates.
- Organise and handle necessary logistics of marketing activities.
- Collect market intelligence and prepare regular reporting to the business.
- Bring familiarisation groups to go to Hong Kong through management assignments.
- Carry out required administrative jobs such as routine reports (weekly/Monthly/Annual).
- Support other disciplines as required.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University Degree holder.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in hospitality or tourism-related business is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven strong teamwork in supporting the department to reach business goals.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good time management in fast-paced working environment.
- Familiarity with marketing and digital marketing principles.
- Confidence with CRM tools and AI technologies.
- Ability to attend work-related events outside of normal office hours across the UK.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong and/or Chinese Mainland is desirable.
LOCATION: The position is an on-site role based in our London Office. We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
