Job Summary

As a Business Administration Apprentice at Honeywell, in Yeovil, you will have the opportunity to gain a range of nationally recognised qualifications and a hands‑on learning experience within our supportive and friendly teams. This role is part of our Early Careers Relations program, designed to help people launch their careers with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This apprenticeship is set up for a duration of 4 years starting from 10th August 2026.

Key responsibilities

  • Support a fast‑paced, complex business operation and develop all the technical and soft skills required to perform in a professional role.
  • Year 1 & 2: Honeywell will provide you with the college courses to gain an Advanced Apprenticeship in Business Administration at NVQ Level 3.
  • Year 3 & 4: You will move on to a Level 4 NVQ in an area of study relevant to your career path.
  • Business administration covers a wide range of areas and responsibilities, you’ll work in roles within Materials Management, Operational Excellence, Software Engineering and Operations.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Four GCSE’s at Grade 4/C and above or equivalent; must include Maths, Science and English.
  • An interest in aerospace would be advantageous.
  • Passion for business management and making a positive difference.
  • Full and permanent right to work in the UK.
  • Live within an easy commute of our Yeovil office.
