Honeywell Hymatic is currently recruiting to fill a new and exciting opportunity within Defense and Space operations at Redditch.
This Value Stream Leader role offers a broad scope to oversee a low-volume, complex manufacturing product line from end to end.
Our products are used in high-performance sensing & detector systems in demanding and often harsh environments of defence and space applications.
This position will be based at Honeywell Hymatic in Redditch, which celebrated 88 years of trading in 2025.
Normal working hours (total 37 hours per week) are:
Mon to Thu 8:00 to 17:00 (45-minute lunch)
Fri 8:00 to 12:00
- Supervisory experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment
- Ability to motivate and lead by example
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
- Scheduling and time management skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Flexibility & team player attributes, willing to adapt to daily challenges & demands within a small team environment
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing (training available)
- Awareness of scheduling and planning, preferably using ERP/SAP
