As a Fire Alarm Project Engineer at Honeywell in Scotland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of buildings by overseeing the installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems, coordinating with clients and technicians, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities
- Deliver fire alarm service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues during project implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated fire protection solutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fire alarm systems installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and regulations.
- Previous experience with Honeywell products such as GENT, Morley or Notifier.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
