Overview
In this role you will own and manage asset data across UK BMS, Fire & Security contracts, ensuring accuracy and governance. You will mobilise new contracts, support contract governance and act as the central point for asset and contract data management within the service business. You will collaborate with operations, sales and support teams to drive changes and improve asset management processes. This is a hands-on role rooted in data discipline that directly supports service delivery and customer outcomes. Your work helps shape how assets evolve through upgrades and lifecycle management, contributing to safer, more efficient buildings.

Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate asset registers for UK BMS, Fire & Security service contracts
- Manage contract additions and deductions
- Support contract governance and data governance standards
- Act as central point for asset and contract data across the service business
- Mobilise new contracts and integrate acquired portfolios
- Lead asset lifecycle management including upgrades, replacements, and service changes
- Collaborate with operations, sales and support teams to drive change management
- Shape and improve asset management processes and standards
