We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our team at Honeywell in central Scotland, primarily around Edinburgh and Glasgow. As the Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing sales growth and share of wallet expansion within our existing customer portfolio in Scotland.
- Manage and grow the existing account base through new projects, share of wallet expansion, and new services.
- Own and deliver the monthly and quarterly forecasts for your account base with support from sales management.
- Convert and grow โconnectedโ software SaaS contracts, ensuring lifecycle upgrade plans are in place to meet desired outcomes.
- Upsell and cross-sell mainly into existing client organizations and multiple stakeholders.
- Engage in strategic account and opportunity planning to meet your targets.
- Utilize the expertise within the business to sell key-built environment systems, including but not limited to BMS, fire, security, and access, delivering an integrated SaaS and IoT proposition.

- A strong, self-motivated Senior Account Manager capable of developing and executing a clear account penetration strategy, taking full accountability for results.
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and achieve sales targets.
- Develop excellent customer relationships while collaborating internally across functions to ensure high-quality propositions.
- Possess a structured sales management process to fulfill forecasting and reporting requirements.
- Deep understanding of building services within the built environment, SaaS, and IoT solutions.
- Proven sales success within building technology, demonstrating a results-driven approach.
- Strong emotional intelligence and active listening skills to build lasting client relationships.
