Sales Representative - Energy & Sustainability Pharma

The Field Sales professional proactively identifies, develops, and manages a disciplined sales process from start to finish (Lead to PO). You will establish and develop strategic commercial relationships with key customers, by anticipating customers sustainability needs and requirements ensuring that the most compliant value proposition is set forth to meet every step of the way from sale to execution. The role will be expected to deliver strong profitable top line growth in the form of new customers acquisition and new opportunities. The geographies to cover are UK, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Benelux.
We are looking for a passionate and driven Field Sales to be a key member of the European Energy and Sustainability sales team, using ESCO market knowledge, business development skills, relationship networks, sales experience and technical knowledge to provide customers with market leading Energy Efficiency & Sustainability solutions. The desire to achieve longer term trusted advisor relationship especially with new accounts, sales targets and ability to succeed in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment is critical.
You will be able to demonstrate important knowledge of the customers API and Pharma business, strategic zero carbon drivers, ability to translate their sustainability vision into added value Smart Technology Solutions and related financial requirements in order to discuss and leverage strategic business cases also leveraging regulatory requirements and granting schemes and this in conversation with the highest levels of the organization. You will be able to identify key stakeholders and decision makers within the customer business. You have extensive knowledge on the way to market by using facilitators, consultants, general contractor, advisors/planners etc. in the assigned region. You will also be able to collaborate internally with multiple functions across the organization to ensure delivery of high-quality customer propositions and have a structured approach, using a robust Management Operating System (MOS) to ensure all essential sales forecasting and reporting requirements are
fulfilled on time.

Key Skills:

Established track record of success in selling Zero/Low-carbon solutions, Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energy Solutions including microgrids.

Knowledge of ESCO market, Energy Performance contracting (EPC).

Experienced in prospecting opportunities in focused market segments and customer acquisition.

Skilled to build credible business cases with C-level leaders.

Able to quickly understand and evaluate sustainability business cases & sales opportunities.

Has a network with important API and Pharma accounts with energy efficiency, energy resilience potential and/or decarbonization targets.

Second Languages: fluent in English with other languages (German, Italian or French) being an asset.
