We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of 15+ engineers specializing in RF and Quantum Satellite communication systems. This pivotal role involves coaching and developing engineers, ensuring project performance, and maintaining compliance with both internal and external processes. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting business development activities within the Space and Defence markets.
