Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive specification for the entire Honeywell Healthcare Portfolio solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions, and become a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- The person will need to be familiar with the processes of a hospital, understanding the patient flow, and how building technology can add value for patients, staff, nurses and doctors, and visitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Healthcare knowledge and experience working within sales in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Smart Buildings, BMS, Fire & Security integrated value proposition development would be advantageous.
