As a Digital Champion, you will be the primary catalyst for the digital transformation of our Fire Europe Channel Partners for UK Honeywell. You aren’t just selling a product; you are re‑engineering the business models of our Fire Integrators, Distributors, Installers and key partners. You will evangelise the value of Honeywell CLSS (Connected Life Safety Services) as the foundation for the business model, drive the introduction and usage of new digital and software tools and push adoption and installed‑base conversion for Honeywell Self‑Test detectors, moving our partners from labour‑intensive to a high‑margin, digital‑first, SaaS‑driven model. Travel 60‑70% within UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities
- Lead the regional strategic engagement with key channel partners to integrate CLSS into their standard work, from winning new projects to maintenance contracts.
- Act as a business consultant to partners, using ROI calculators to prove how CLSS, remote testing and digital compliance increase their technician capacity and MRR.
- Support Territory Managers on complex digital specifications, ensuring that coupled hardware/software solutions are the default choice for all new projects.
- Design and deliver digital transformation workshops for partner leadership teams, moving them from a Capex mindset to an Opex/Lifecycle mindset.
- Partner with Product Management to ensure EN‑certified fire systems (Esser, Notifier, Gent, etc.) evolve to meet local European digital market needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a SaaS, IoT, or cloud‑based software environment (PropTech, Industrial IoT, or enterprise software preferred).
- Proven track record of managing or enabling second‑tier channels/distributors through a digital transition.
- Capability to discuss NPV, IRR, and gross retention rates with partner CEOs, and to discuss API integrations and cloud architecture with technical leads.
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Computer Science; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with the push‑pull sales methodology.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the assigned region.
- Deep understanding of the subscription economy and how to minimise churn in a service‑led model.
