Industrial Product Marketing Manager
We have an opportunity for an Industrial Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team within HSS (Honeywell Sensing Solutions) business unit, to be based in Motherwell, where you will be responsible for a subvertical within our 4 vertical markets of interest, where you will develop and maintain the business knowledge and understanding of the opportunity and pain points in the assigned vertical and subvertical. You will monitor and control the subvertical revenue, order intake, profitability, New Business Opportunities, New Product Introductions. New Product Introductions leading to meeting the expectations for NPIs in the vertical and subvertical.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model, with 25% travel within Europe (mainly UK, France and Germany).

Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the regional marketing input to New Product Introductions based on the subvertical and vertical needs.
- Complete and compile VoC interviews to figure out customer needs and functional needs for new products and assist throughout the New Product Introductions process as key marketing contact for the region.
- To maintain a close and regular view of market conditions for specified market segments. Undertake market research on designated projects needed to identify new industry trends / product opportunities, competitor activity.
- To ensure that the customers are fully aware of all aspects of the portfolio, its products, strategy, pricing and customer services.
Qualifications
- A background within mechanical / electrical / industrial or Sensing Technologies is beneficial.
- Strong experience within a product, or customer marketing position.
- Knowledge of B2B environment
- Excellent marketing, or engineering capabilities is highly beneficial.
- Strong communicator, with a high level of interpersonal skills, ability to present to audiences.
