As a Group Leader here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in the production process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness to meet production goals. You will be responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness in our processes and machinery, monitoring production quality, while adhering to safety standards and ensuring our team meets its operational goals.
You will report directly to an ISC Production Supervisor and will work out of our Southend location.
In this role, you will impact the overall performance of the organisation by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your leadership will be essential in enhancing and impacting the overall productivity of the manufacturing process, reducing costs, and contributing to the timely delivery of high-quality products to our customers and improving customer satisfaction.

- Lead a team of supply chain professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Responding and communicating machine stoppages and breakages to relevant manager/department.
Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or production environments with a focus on supply chain management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in supply chain analytics, optimization tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
- Knowledge of safety and quality control processes, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to drive change.
- Capability to work independently and in teams, while demonstrating physical stamina for prolonged standing.
