We have an opportunity for a Fire Alarm Engineer to join us at Honeywell, in Cambridge, where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, commissioning, and fault finding on Fire systems on our customer sites. You will be the first line escalation for GENT supported products and provide effective repair as required. This is a fixed site role working on our customer site Monday to Friday with an on-call rota for out of hours support.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day to day servicing, calibrations, and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment.
  • Commissioning programming the setup and software configuration of Gent Vigilon systems.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works Quotes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers, and service recipients.
