Overview

Honeywell Electro-Mechanical Assembler role at Honeywell, Newhouse, Motherwell. You will be responsible for assembling pieces, parts and products to finished goods level using a variety of specialized equipment and tools. You will be competent in reading and interpreting Job Instruction Sheets to complete tasks to the quality standard. This role is 100% onsite at the Newhouse location and involves a 3-week rotational shift pattern between Monday to Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying parts and pieces with defects.
  • Follow safety and quality standards.
  • Follow company procedures and directives.
  • Test finished products.
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a related industry or job position preferred but not essential.
  • Prior soldering experience preferred but not essential.
  • Basic working knowledge on how to use hand-held equipment correctly.
  • Ability to work within a team and alone at times and be able to collaborate with people from other departments.
