As a Contract Support Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in providing contract support to ensure the smooth operation of our business processes. You will report directly to the Business Support Leader and you’ll be based in Leicester office on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency of our operations by managing administrative tasks which will contribute to the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Administrative Oversight: Manage administrative operations for a key client, including PPM scheduling, job completion tracking, and accurate invoicing.
- Subcontractor Management: Handle subcontractor engagements by sourcing quotes, scheduling, and raising purchase orders in line with SLAs.
- Compliance and Documentation: Administer airport pass applications for engineering personnel and assist clients with onboarding, ensuring compliance and system setup.
- Customer and Contract Management: Facilitate client interactions for securing purchase orders, support service contract renewals, and coordinate service bookings and amendments.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams for process efficiencies, respond to customer inquiries, and manage cross-functional alignment for support activities.
