Honeywell is seeking a Receptionist based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day operations throughout the day, 40h a week (between 08:00 & 18:00hrs).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day operations, including supporting PPM completion through the SMS tool as part of the Salesforce Suite.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and perform reception and post room duties.
  • Coordinate subcontractors for service and project work, and set up meeting rooms according to customer requests.
  • Assist the site head and support external audits while representing Honeywell.
  • Implement front‑line HSE protocols and coordinate customer liaison, including attendance at regular meetings.
  • Handle additional tasks such as updating controlled documents, forecasting and quoting for extra works, ordering parts, and managing waste disposal documentation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, with knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, self‑motivated attitude with energy and commitment to tasks.
  • Exhibit accuracy, sound judgment, and effective prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including outside normal office hours, with a flexible, service‑oriented approach.
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a proven record of good timekeeping and minimal sickness.
