As a Demand Generation Representative - Healthcare here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role and individual contributor in driving revenue growth and able if required to manage a team of inside resources, Solutions Architects and/or sales representatives for our Building Automation (BA) business unit. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships including C-Level, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Your expertise in inside sales, leadership, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business growth and market leadership.
In this role, you will impact the healthcare sector by providing innovative solutions and technologies that ensure safe, energy-efficient, and productive facilities. You will work closely with healthcare organizations – especially the NHS - to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that improve patient care, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive specification for the entire Honeywell Healthcare Portfolio solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- The person will need to be familiar with the processes of a hospital: Patient coming in – getting treated – exiting and how Building Technology can help to run this to better/add value for patients, hospital staff, nurses, doctors, and visitors. Understands the hospital function and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, influencers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Healthcare knowledge and experience working within sales into the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Smart Buildings, BMS, Fire & Security integrated value proposition development.
