Overview
In this role you will support governance, quality, and continuous improvement of material master data to enable effective planning and SAP readiness. You will collaborate across Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, and Master Data teams to strengthen data governance and standardize processes. You’ll contribute to the SAP S/4HANA transition and improve data quality to support critical operations. This developmental position offers exposure to ERP, data governance, and process improvement in a global, inclusive environment. You will help shape master data capabilities that drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Support master data governance by reviewing and maintaining material master data attributes and planning parameters.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues affecting planning, procurement, manufacturing, reporting, and SAP readiness.
- Assist standardization of material master processes, policies, procedures, and documentation for consistency.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA data readiness activities, including data cleansing, testing, and migration support.
- Analyze data trends and recommend improvements to enhance process compliance and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote master data standards and support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality.
Key requirements
- Experience in Supply Chain, Master Data, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Analytics, or ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or similar platforms.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Exposure to SAP Material Master, data governance concepts, and understanding of MDM and data quality processes.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar reporting and dashboard tools, plus a demonstrated interest in continuous improvement and stakeholder influence.
