As a Future Finance Leader at Honeywell, beginning in our bustling Bracknell office, you will have the exceptional opportunity to travel, learn from our leaders and build a solid, exciting foundation with which to launch your accountancy career with us! This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office & 2 days work from home model, but you will be expected to work from the office during training and for certain projects.
In this Graduate role, you will begin your first year working in our accountancy team from our Bracknell site, then you will have the exciting opportunity to choose two sequential 18-month placements within accountancy teams based within Europe or the USA. (Honeywell will support your visa, if required, and relocation for the second and third placements only.) This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands‑on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within Honeywell. This internship is set up for 1 year, moving onto a permanent role where you will complete 2 more rotations (3 years in total), and then move into your full role within Honeywell. The anticipated start date for this position is mid‑February 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Three Rotations Across Geographies & Functions: Within our Finance teams in areas such as Controllership, management or financial accounts, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, or Tax. Each rotation is designed to increase in complexity and scope, ensuring broad exposure and progressive responsibility.
- Structured Learning & Engagement Framework: We offer a supportive learning environment, where you will be provided with unique opportunities such as behavioral presentations, targeted trainings, annual summits, and exposure to the Finance Leadership Team.
- Mobility: Relocation is mandatory for each rotation. Working across diverse European or USA markets fosters adaptability, empathy, and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments. You will build up a broad understanding of our business, different reporting regulations, (such as local GAAP), and gain traits looked for in global leaders.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Management or similar from a UK university, having graduated no earlier than 2023.
- Strong, provable analytical and numerical skills.
- Demonstrated interest in accountancy through internships, projects, or extracurriculars.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with an accounting system, (such as SAP, Sage, Power BI or similar).
- Reside within an easy commute to our Bracknell office.
