We have opportunities for BMS Engineers to join us at Honeywell, in the UK, within our projects and services teams. Our Project teams focus on the delivery of assigned projects, identifying value engineering opportunities. They are responsible for implementing and completing the design of projects with our customers, using skills and knowledge within BMS & control systems, HVAC control, integration, and applications. Our Service teams work closely with our customers, carrying out planned preventative maintenance, re-active calls, out-of-hours support, and commissioning of BMS systems.

Key requirements
- Operate, Maintain, and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems, carrying out commissioning of small automation and controls projects.
- Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems.
- Work closely with Project Managers, assisting with the production and coordination of engineering/design submittals such as Equipment Schedule & Schematics, I/O data point List, Device/Wiring Layout Drawings, and Installation/Commissioning, along with development and submittal of FAT and SAT documentation.
- Continuously monitor and modify all Energy Saving measures for Building Services.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations at various sites.
Key skills and qualifications
- Experience working with BMS systems and controls, with knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems or commissioning and installing such systems.
- Experience with protocols such as BACnet, M-Bus, and Modbus.
- Awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fault find quickly to resolve reactive works effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to compile reports and build customer relationships.
