Overview
Advanced Field Service Engineer – Avionics role at Honeywell in the UK. You will provide assistance and expertise to the services centre on fixing Air Transport and Regional aircraft, in particular the Avionics systems and components. This could be in the form of telephone support, email support, or by visiting numerous sites within the EMEAI region to provide onsite assistance.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers responding real time to customer technical inquiries via phone, email and on-site presence as necessary
- Routing and escalation of technical issues within the support organization
- Capture and tracking of customer issues through CRM tool Salesforce and maintain ownership of technical issue through to closure against identified service level goals
- Manage and document customer communications via Salesforce and own case closure
- Provide significant collaboration and coaching to peers, based on knowledge and expertise
