Job Description

As ISC Senior Production Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations at our designated site. You will lead a team of production supervisors, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. Your strong leadership skills and ability to drive operational excellence will contribute to the overall success of the business. You will report directly to our Plant Manager and will work out of our Southend site. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of our production processes, ensuring that products are manufactured in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards.

  • Oversee production operations to meet established targets.
  • Lead and motivate production teams, providing necessary guidance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in production supervision or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include engineering degree, Lean Six Sigma certification, and experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
