Honeywell is seeking a Receptionist based in Cambridge. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operations throughout the day, 40 hours a week (between 08:00 & 18:00hrs).
Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, including supporting PPM completion through the SMS tool as part of the Salesforce Suite.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk and perform reception and post‑room duties.
- Coordinate subcontractors for service and project work, and set up meeting rooms according to customer requests.
- Assist the site head and support external audits while representing Honeywell.
- Implement front‑line HSE protocols and coordinate customer liaison, including attendance at regular meetings.
- Handle additional tasks such as updating controlled documents, forecasting and quoting for extra works, ordering parts, and managing waste disposal documentation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, with knowledge of PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrate a proactive, self‑motivated attitude with energy and commitment to tasks.
- Exhibit accuracy, sound judgment, and effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, including outside normal office hours, with a flexible, service‑oriented approach.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a proven record of good time‑keeping and minimal sickness.
