Job Overview
The Robotics Automation Technician will play a critical role in our East London manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced robotic systems and automated assembly lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial robotic arms and automated conveyor systems.
- Troubleshoot complex PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) issues.
- Calibrate sensors, actuators, and vision systems to ensure high-precision manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate new robotic modules into existing production lines.
- Maintain detailed technical logs and documentation for all maintenance activities and system upgrades.
