We have an opportunity for a Service Asset Administrator to join our Customer Support Management team in Leicester where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset registers for all UK BMS, Fire and Security service contracts, manage contract additions and deductions, support contract governance, and act as the central point of contact for asset and contract data management across the service business.

Hybrid role, you are required to be on-site 3 days per week at our Leicester office.

  • Own and manage asset data across a diverse portfolio of UK BMS, Fire & Security contracts.
  • Play a key role in mobilising new contracts and integrating newly acquired customer portfolios.
  • Lead asset lifecycle management, including upgrades, replacements, and service changes.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and stakeholders to drive effective change management.
  • Shape and improve asset management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and governance that directly supports business performance and customer delivery.
  • Strong data management skills with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating asset, contract administration activities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operational, sales, and support teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and maintaining robust governance standards.
