We have an opportunity for a EU Software Sales Leader to join us at Honeywell in Bracknell, where you will have a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing a team of sales representatives. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth and market leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in sales.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams or in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong background in sales management, especially in niche or technical sales environments.
- Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), within our key domains building automation, building management systems (BMS), Fire and Security.
- Direct end user experience across key verticals such as Healthcare, Defence and Data Centre segments.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
