Responsibilities
- Execute and deliver RevCOGS and RDE technology programs in alignment with business priorities and governance requirements.
- Identify, pursue, and secure external funding opportunities (e.g., government, industry, and collaborative programs) aligned to business and technology needs.
- Drive intellectual property generation to support organic growth and long-term competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with Technology Strategy and Enterprise teams to develop technology roadmaps linked to product roadmaps, STRAP inputs, and customer pursuits.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing, innovative engineering team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and succession planning.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of technology capabilities and business objectives, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders at senior and executive levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or Electrical).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technology Development and/or New Product Development.
- Advanced engineering degree (Master's or PhD).
- Experience leading and managing engineering organizations with a global footprint.
- Strong command of Technology Development practices, processes, and tools.
- Proven experience leading technology strategy transformations and serving as a change evangelist.
