The Engineering Manager – Advanced Technology Project Execution is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary engineering team delivering advanced technology development programs from concept through technology maturation. Reporting to the Senior R D Manager, this role combines engineering leadership, project execution, technical coordination, resource planning, and financial management to ensure successful delivery of complex R D initiatives. This leader will oversee engineers supporting a diverse portfolio of technologies, including Control Systems, Propulsion, Power Systems, Photonics, Optical Technologies, and other emerging engineering disciplines. The role requires a broad engineering background with the ability to understand complex technical challenges at a systems level and effectively coordinate execution across multiple engineering functions. Operating within a global matrix organization, the Engineering Manager will work closely with technical leaders, program managers, finance, and business leadership to drive execution, remove barriers, manage priorities, and deliver technology on schedule and within budget.
