About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care that enables people to remain independent in their own homes.

Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personal care with dignity and respect
  • Supporting customers with medication
  • Preparing meals and drinks
  • Assisting with mobility and daily living activities
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Helping with light household duties
  • Supporting customers to attend appointments or access their local community

Every visit you make has the potential to brighten someone's day, provide reassurance to families, and make a genuine difference to someone's quality of life.

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

  • Confident communicators with good time management skills
  • Eager to learn and develop
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle

Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential. If you have the right values and a genuine desire to help others, we’ll provide full paid training to help you build a rewarding career in care.
