Our client is looking to take on a marketing executive who will work alongside their Marketing Manager and within a very strong team of Developers, Designers, Project Managers & Business Development Managers. You will be an integral part in delivering truly exceptional in-house and client marketing campaigns and joining a team with a positive ‘can-do’ approach, who are passionate with big ambitious growth plans.
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
- Create awareness of brand and develop the clients
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, digital marketing and campaigns
- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
- Analyse and source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and online/offline adverts
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Analyse source and secure sponsorship
- Liaise with designers and printers and organise photo shoots
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
Requirements:
- Plenty of ideas and the willingness to run with these
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and visual
- Strong organisational skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative
- Demonstrable campaign experience across marketing channels
- Must have at least 1 year previous professional experience within a broad marketing role
- Analytical, understanding the value of data driven marketing
- Ideally hold a relevant degree or professional qualification
