Mortgage Advisor in Southampton

My client is a well respected, reputable broker with various locations in the UK.

Due to rapid expansion they are looking to recruit experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their busy, thriving department based in Southampton

The Role:

• Responsible for giving advise over the phone to new and existing customers
• Access to whole of market
• All leads are from the company website. There is NO cold calling
• To remain complaint at all times within FCA regulations
• Hand off all administration work to a mortgage administrator

About You:

• CeMap qualified or similar
• Achieved CAS
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Able to present solutions to a wide and diverse client base
• Be hungry for success with a strong customer focus
• Ability to work in a fast paced targeted environment

The Package:

• Basic salary of £22,000 to £30,000 DOE, realistic OTE £45,000
• 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and the ability to buy more
