Honeyman Developments Ltd is looking for an experienced
Working Foreman , preferably from a joinery background , to join our team on up and coming projects.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on role while overseeing the day-to-day running of the site and reporting directly to our Project Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Carrying out joinery and general construction duties
- Coordinating trades and daily site activities
- Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Reporting progress and any site issues to the Project Managers
- Keeping all site paperwork accurate and up to date
- Completing daily site records, inductions and toolbox talks
- Monitoring health and safety compliance
- Assisting with deliveries, materials and programme requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and well-organised site
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor
- Preferably from a strong joinery background
- A valid
- SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
- A valid
- CSCS card
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of health and safety requirements
