About The Role

At Honeycomb Houses, our supervisors play a key role in bringing our hospitality to life. We're looking for an F&B Supervisor who leads by example, supports their team to perform at their best, and helps deliver the warm, attentive service that defines our characterful houses.

Working closely with the management team, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of food and beverage operations, ensuring consistently high standards across service, presentation and guest experience. From leading busy shifts and developing team members to managing stock and maintaining operational excellence, you'll be instrumental in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career. We're seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for great food, drink and service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, remain calm under pressure and take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues alike.

The Role

• Warmly welcoming our guests with a smile and ensuring they have nothing less than the best possible time during their visit
• Treating our guests like old friends and making sure they feel right at home
• Being able to integrate well into our hard-working team of friendly faces and can-do attitudes
• Working happily within your team as well along with the wider team across all departments
• Being flexible to work alongside our front of house and events team
• Confidently making recommendations to our guests whilst taking orders
• Maximising sales through suggestion and up-selling
• Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard
• Dealing with payments
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the bar

Home to 22 individually designed bedrooms, Sheep on Sheep Street is known for its eclectic interiors, relaxed atmosphere and renowned wood-fired pizzas. Whether guests are joining us for a weekend getaway, a family gathering, drinks with friends or a leisurely meal, it's a place to eat, drink, stay and celebrate in a setting that's as distinctive as the town itself.

We pay up to £13.25 an hour, plus tronc which is on average an extra £1.50 an hour. Tips are then additional to tronc.
