As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible for setting, monitoring and maintaining the highest level of housekeeping and guest service standards of all bedrooms and public areas. Your attention to detail will ensure that our guests enjoy memorable moments throughout their stay. The role of Housekeeping Supervisor is key to our success.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be proactive and hands‑on, leading your team from the front‑line to deliver exceptional levels of standards across all areas of the hotel. You will proactively manage performance of the team, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and lead by example, providing development opportunities. You will take responsibility for ensuring the condition of all furnishings, fittings and equipment is in good order, liaising with the maintenance team as and when required, as well as managing all linens, deliveries & stock control.

Your skills and experience

  • You have previous experience, ideally in a similar property and role.
  • You have strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues to deliver a consistent level of service.
  • You are well organised with good time management skills, prioritising tasks, managing work schedules and rotas to meet operational demands.
  • You are IT literate – previous experience of using systems would be preferred.
