About The Role
As the Housekeeping Supervisor you will be responsible forsetting, monitoring and maintaining the highest level of housekeeping and guestservice standards of all bedrooms and public areas.
Your attention to detailwill ensure that our guests enjoy memorable moments throughout their stay.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be proactive and hands on, leading yourteam from the front-line to deliver exceptional levels of standards across allareas of the hotel.
You will proactively manage performance of the team, fostering a culture of warmth where colleagues feel appreciated and lead byexample, providing development opportunities.
You will take responsibility for ensuring the condition ofall furnishings, fittings and equipment are in good order liaising with themaintenance team as and when required, as well as managing all linen, deliveries & stock control.
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who is able to work on the weekends.
Your skills and experience
- You have previous experience, ideally in a similar propertyand role.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability tomotivate and inspire colleagues to deliver a consistent level of service.
- You are well organised with good time management skills, prioritising tasks, managing work schedules and rotas to meet operationaldemands.
- You are IT literate – previous experience of using systemswould be preferred.
