We are looking for a receptionist to join our friendly team. With a fantastic development program and internal progression opportunities, Honeycomb Houses offers a great platform for you to build your hospitality career. As a receptionist, you are the primary point of contact with our guests, providing a friendly welcome and highest quality service to every guest that comes into our house. Communicating in a friendly and positive manner and striving to exceed guest expectations.

You will be knowledgeable in all our house facilities, services, packages and local area to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales. You will confidently operate our hotel booking system to check in/out guests, take reservations and deal with guest enquiries.
