Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a fast-growing telecommunications business, to recruit for a Provisioning Manager on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused organisation which prioritises team work, company culture and providing progression opportunities for staff. The business has been operating locally for many years and due to the commitment to customer service and service delivery, has maintained an exceptional reputation.
The role of Provisioning Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects on behalf of customers, making sure that connectivity is achieved seamlessly and with minimal disruptions. The role requires the successful individual to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing workflows and supplier interactions. There is a high level of planning required within this position and you will truly be at the centre of all business operations.
The right person for this role will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and have previous experience ideally working within a telecommunications environment within a similar role. An installation/helpdesk skillset may also be suitable for this excellent position.
The package for this role contains a salary of between £32K-£38K depending on experience. There is free onsite parking with the business and a variety of other perks. Team culture and opportunities for progression are at the forefront of business objectives.
