Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client, to recruit for a Project Administrator, to join their team in Belfast City-centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a new role within a growing business and establish a long-term career. The Project Administrator is an integral role for the business, responsible for co-ordinating tasks daily between internal departments, and ensuring all property-related documentation is digitally filed, organised and accessible for key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of day to day works and provide a point of contact for clients of the business. Duties of this role include:
- Manage the internal document control system, ensuring all documents relating to compliance, health & safety, evaluations, and services are filed and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain the client database, ensuring records of payments, rents and interactions are regularly updated.
- Provide a point of contact for sub-contractors, surveyors and various other internal departments, coordinating information to relevant stakeholders.
- Raising of purchase orders, invoicing and assisting with various other ad/hoc administrative duties.
- High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role.
