Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Contract Services Administrator based in Omagh. This role is temporary for 3 months initially.
Location: Cedar Villa, Tyrone & Fermanagh Hospital, Omagh
Salary: Hourly rate of £12.75
Contract: Temporary for 3 months initially
Hours: Full time hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team that helps ensure high-quality care is delivered through effective partnerships with healthcare providers, community organisations, nursing homes, domiciliary care providers, and independent sector services.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, maintenance, and monitoring of contracts across residential care, domiciliary care, daycare, and wider health and social care services.
- Assist with contract renewals and contract review processes.
- Maintain and update performance monitoring systems, including complaints and incident reports and contract monitoring returns.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support, including diary and appointment management and typing letters, reports and correspondence.
- Handle calls, emails and manage filing systems and databases.
- Organise and support meetings, workshops, seminars, and conferences by booking venues and equipment, preparing agendas and meeting papers.
- Take minutes and coordinate attendees and hospitality arrangements.
- Work collaboratively across the department and provide flexible support during staff absences.
Essential criteria:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C), including English and Maths (or equivalent).
- AND 1 year of experience working in an administrative and clerical environment.
- OR 3 years of experience working in an administrative and clerical environment.
