Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting a well-established legal firm in Lisburn to recruit a Receptionist to join their thriving Lisburn team.

You will be the first point of contact for the firm, welcoming clients and visitors and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Previous experience in a similar role is helpful; however, a confident and organised individual with strong administrative skills and a friendly manner will be well-suited to the role, with training and support provided.

Role
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, taking messages and directing queries appropriately
  • Manage meeting rooms, appointments and diaries as required
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and general office administration
  • Assist with basic document preparation and file management
  • Liaise with clients and third parties in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
Person
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is advantageous
  • Experience within a legal or professional services environment is desirable
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Friendly, confident communicator both in person and over the phone
  • Able to multitask and manage a busy front desk
  • Reliable, adaptable and willing to support the wider team
