The Fleet Administrator will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of the company fleet, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, maintained, and fully operational across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for fleet-related queries, delivering professional support to employees and branch teams via phone and email.
- Managing vehicle compliance including insurance, MOTs, taxation, and driving licence checks, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, and breakdown assistance while liaising with branches and external providers.
- Supporting fleet administration through fuel usage monitoring, insurance claims handling, and the preparation of operational reports.
- Assisting drivers with company procedures and policies while working collaboratively to manage workload and daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an administrative or support-based role and will be confident working in a fast-paced, varied environment.
