HR Administrator (interim) at a fast‑growing global industrial technology company. Immediate start is required. The role involves supporting employee recruitment, onboarding, ensuring HR policies are upheld, coordinating visa applications and interview processes, and partnering with hiring managers across various sectors.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting passive and active candidates, supporting the employee life cycle.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to implement future hiring strategies.
  • Providing support to employees regarding relations, management and HR policies.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the company’s reputation to attract, nurture and develop talent.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding employees.
  • Studying or completed a degree in HR.

  • Full driving licence and access to own transport.
