The Role
- Raising invoices for clients/ suppliers.
- Processing payments and providing any additional support within the team.
- Accurate data entry ensuring all systems are kept up to date.
- Updating and crediting customer accounts, whilst sourcing solutions.
- Handle general account and order queries via both phone and email.
- Building strong customer and client relationships.
- The Person
- A competent individual coming with strong administrative/ customer service experience.
- Comfortable working with numbers, with experience in data entry.
- Strong systems experience, particularly Excel.
- Positive, can-do attitude who thrives working both individually and as a team.

This role present with working hours of Monday- Friday 9-5, and on completion of training period the role will allow two days working from home.
