Person Specification:
Essential:
- Minimum of two years\’ experience within the last five years in events management, or events and front-of-house roles.
- High-level organisational skills, including planning and managing competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and AV platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Current working knowledge of an events booking/management system.
- Experience with invoicing and using supporting systems.
- Knowledge and experience of ISO or an equivalent quality management standard in a multi-functional environment.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport. Reasonable adjustments available for disabled applicants who are unable to drive.
Desirable:
- Events management experience in a member-focused professional organisation or hospitality sector.
- Current working knowledge of, or willingness to learn, social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
- Current working knowledge of Eventbrite.
