Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

NIMDTA is seeking an exceptional Band 4 Personal Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role within a senior executive environment, supporting the smooth and effective operation of the CEO's office.

The Role

As Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service. You will be responsible for managing a varied workload, coordinating information and communications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the CEO's office operates efficiently and professionally.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and discretion, together with the confidence to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Manage correspondence, emails, documents, and information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and diary commitments.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Take accurate minutes and maintain appropriate records.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Consult professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up actions as required.
  • Support the CEO with the effective management and coordination of their workload.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to produce high-quality documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Undertake general administrative duties and other tasks appropriate to the role.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

Qualifications

  • GCSE English Language and GCSE Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • 2 A Levels (or equivalent).
  • AND 18 months relevant experience

OR

  • 3 years' relevant administrative experience.

IT Skills

  • Applicants must fully competent in using the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
