Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 2 Administrator on a Temporary Part Time basis. This position offers an immediate start, working 25 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.71. The role will be floating support across the children and maternity outpatient's teams.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy healthcare environment in a varied and hands-on support role. As a Floating admin support, you will provide essential assistance across outpatient services and selected wards, particularly within maternity and paediatrics. The role requires adaptability, effective communication, and a proactive approach to supporting both staff and patients in different clinical settings.
Main Duties- Assisting clinical and administrative teams across multiple departments
- Supporting patient flow and helping maintain a welcoming environment
- Managing general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Helping with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record upkeep
- Ensuring ward and outpatient areas are well-organised and stocked as needed
- Supporting staff with non-clinical duties to aid service efficiency
- Promoting effective communication between teams, patients, and visitors
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Good standard of education, including English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
- Ability to work flexibly across different departments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
