The Role

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department. Duties may include:

  • General administration and data entry
  • Handling emails and telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Scheduling appointments and updating systems
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required

Please note that, depending on service needs, you may be required to work across different hospital sites within the Trust.

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics
  • At least 1 year's administration experience in an office environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel between hospital sites within the Trust if required
