Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with a well‑established construction business to recruit a Part‑Time Site Administrator for their Cookstown site. Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and external enquiries, ensuring all information is managed professionally.
  • Supporting the coordination of site activities, including deliveries, meetings, and communication between stakeholders.
  • Maintaining project documentation and internal systems to ensure information is accurately recorded and accessible.
  • Assisting with health and safety administration and ensuring company procedures are followed across the site.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, be a confident communicator, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You should also be quick to learn new systems and confident adapting to different IT platforms as required.
