Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting a HR Administrator within the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service. This role is based in Cookstown, and is for 6 months initially, with the potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the delivery of operational learning and development across the organisation. Working as part of a dynamic Learning & Development team, you will help ensure our people have access to high-quality training, innovative digital learning solutions and effective learning systems that support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional administrative and front-of-house support to the Learning & Development Centre
- Support the delivery and coordination of operational learning and development activities
- Act as a key contact for Learning Management System (LMS) users, providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting assistance
- Assist in the creation and development of digital learning materials and online training resources
- Produce management reports and maintain accurate learning records in line with GDPR requirements
- Liaise with training providers, suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation
- Support the development of innovative learning solutions and blended learning approaches
- Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, invoices and finance tracking
- Help maintain high standards of customer service and organisational support
Essential Criteria
- A HNC-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g. Business Administration, IT, Multimedia)
- 2 years' experience in a Learning & Development or administrative role
Alternative Criteria
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above or equivalent), including English and Maths
- 5 years' experience in a Learning & Development or administrative role
