Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 2 Administrator on a Temporary Part Time basis. This position offers an immediate start, working 25 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.71. The role will be floating support across the children and maternity outpatient's teams.

Location: Ulster Hospital

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

Working Pattern: Part-time, 25 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy healthcare environment in a varied and hands-on support role. As a Floating admin support, you will provide essential assistance across outpatient services and selected wards, particularly within maternity and paediatrics. Main Duties:

  • Assisting clinical and administrative teams across multiple departments
  • Supporting patient flow and helping maintain a welcoming environment

  • Ensuring ward and outpatient areas are well-organised and stocked as needed
  • Supporting staff with non-clinical duties to aid service efficiency

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
  • Good standard of education, including English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above
